Weleda have been manufacturing health care products and a wide range of cruelty-free skincare and bodycare products since 1921. As with Weleda medicines, their individual ingredients are selected for their natural therapeutic properties.

Weleda grow their own plants and herbs to ensure the very finest quality ingredients, free from artificial fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides. Weleda packaging is made from recycled materials.

At Weleda we see the universe as one integrated whole. This view is not new, it was shared by Rudolf Steiner, our founder, more than 80 years ago. We passionately believe that health is much more than a lack of disease but instead an integrated state of physical, mental and social wellbeing. This holistic worldview is the basis of everything we do at Weleda, as we create products that respect the environment, local communities and our global customers alike. In the same way, our medicines treat the whole person, enabling them to take responsibility for their own health, while restoring their inner balance and strengthening their life force.
